Accessed via a staircase and located on the second floor, the house welcomes guests with cosy interiors, carefully designed down to the smallest detail. Stone, terracotta and colourful patterned cement tiles alternate with soft, natural tones, creating a harmonious balance between the rustic character of a traditional Ligurian home and a more contemporary style.

The living room is the heart of the interior living space: a pleasant and bright area designed for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the trails of the hinterland. Adjacent to it is the double bedroom, intimate and welcoming, featuring a double bed and wardrobe. Green tones and natural materials echo the surrounding landscape.

The indoor kitchen, fully equipped, combines a modern aesthetic with functionality and features an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A bathroom with shower completes the floor, offering a simple and comfortable space.

But it is when you take the private lift that La Selva Blu reveals its most distinctive feature. The lift takes you directly to the large panoramic terrace, an open-air space where the view stretches across the Gulf and the surrounding landscape.

Here, a second fully equipped kitchen has been designed to make the most of the terrace throughout the seasons. Finished in green-toned wood, the kitchen features a gas hob and refrigerator and is the perfect place to prepare breakfast with a view, enjoy an al fresco lunch or share dinner while the sky changes colour over the sea.
