The nearest free beach is just 50 meters from the apartment. A few steps away, you’ll also find a scenic cycle path that connects Zinola to Vado Ligure, lined with cafés, shops, and restaurants.

The accommodation is located on the first floor of a quiet building and offers bright, spacious rooms equipped with every comfort — including free Wi-Fi, perfect for remote working.

The large, fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The living room, with a TV and a comfortable sofa bed, opens onto the kitchen, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere.

Both bedrooms are very spacious, each with a double bed; one of them also includes a pull-out bed.

The bathroom is fitted with a double sink, shower, bathtub, and washing machine.

Parking is easy, even in high season: along Via Nizza, parking spaces are free of charge.

Heating is independent. An additional fee may apply for stays between November 1st and April 30th, depending on the length of stay.
